1) 12 month connection required. The full postpaid price of the modem is $99. Each month for 12 months the PPP/12 is paid off your modem (which includes your monthly contribution of $0). Leave anytime, just pay the outstanding balance of the PPP owing, the current month’s pro-rated spend, plus $250 if you leave within the first 6 months. 2) Data is charged per kB. 2GB includes uploads and downloads. Exceed 2GB, speed is limited to 128Kbps for the next 250MB. Use more and your service will be unavailable until the first day of your next usage period, unless you purchase a data top up (max 3 per month). Service cancellation may apply if you download continuously or if your use adversely impacts other users. Peer to peer speed is limited to 32Kbps. Acceptable Use policy applies. 3) Broadband speeds are available in the Dual Band areas of the Optus Open network. Outside of these areas you will fall back to Optus’ GSM/GPRS network. See virginmobile.com.au/coverage. 4) WiFi modem only: Devices must be WiFi™ enabled and meet minimum system requirements. WiFi™ signal range varies from house to house and can be affected by the proximity of electromagnetic devices, large metal objects, bodies of water or several high density walls between your computer and WiFi™ modem, and the location of the WiFi™ modem within your home.
