Not sure how much data you’ll need? If you’re sending a few emails & browsing the web occasionally, your plan’s included data might be enough, otherwise 250MB will be plenty. Add a bit of social networking, some YouTube videos & a few music tracks, and you’re probably best with 1GB or so. If you also love your apps, you’re safest with several GB’s. Downloading an app can use up anywhere from 2MB – 250MB data or more. Keep in mind a typical app can use 1MB for every 5 mins it’s running, especially if it’s streaming data, like some games, music services etc. Note: Data usage varies per phone/device. The above examples are based on averages using a smartphone and are estimates only. The actual amount of data used for the described activity can vary significantly. Keep track of your data usage by logging into My Account once you’ve joined us. If you change your mind, you can move up anytime; moving down takes effect on your next bill.

Protect your phone for just $9.95 a month. If your phone is lost, damaged, or stolen, we'll repair or replace it with an equivalent model. Cancel any time. Excess $125 ($200 for iPhones).

The Fine Print:
1) 24 month contract is required. The cost of the phone is $888 (Equipment Charge). Each month $37 (the Equipment Charge / 24) is paid off your phone, which includes your monthly contribution of $0 .
2) Min cost over 24 months is $1,416 . Leave anytime, just pay all outstanding charges + balance of the Equipment Charge + $250 if you leave in the 1st 6 months.
3) Calls / text must originate in Oz & excludes all calls / texts to non-standard (225 BAL, satellite, premium, & international) numbers, VMA customer service, satellite phones, and commercial use. Fair Use Policy applies. Standard charges apply for non-included call and messaging types.
4) Plan credit applies to standard international calls and text only. Standard charges apply if included credit is exceeded & for non-included call & messaging types.
5) Included data has 1 month expiry. Additional usage charged at 20.5c per MB (charged in KB). Plan credit cannot be used for data or content charges.
6) Any unused credit rolls over to following month only and is used once the following month’s credit is exhausted. Data does not rollover.
