Broadband speeds are available in the Dual Band areas of the Optus Open network. A dual band (2100MHz/900MHz) modem is required to access the full coverage area. See virginmobile.com.au/coverage for more info. 1) Data includes uploads and downloads & is charged per KB. Exceed your data allowance & speed is limited to 128kbps for the next 250MB. Use more and your service will be unavailable until the first day of your next usage period, unless you purchase a data top up (max 3 per month). Acceptable Use Policy applies. Service cancellation may apply if you download continuously or if your use adversely impacts other users. Peer to peer speed is limited to 32Kbps. 2) Approved customers only. Payment by E-Bill and direct debit only. 1st bill prorated from date you connect to start of next month’s bill. Leave anytime just pay all outstanding charges. 3) 12 month contract required. The cost of the USB modem is $79 (Equipment Charge) & the WiFi modem is $99. Each month the Equipment Charge / 12 is paid off your modem, including your contribution, if any. Leave any time; just pay all outstanding charges (billed & unbilled) + balance of Equipment Charge + $250 if you leave in the 1st 6 months.
