Did you know that last year 250 million calls and 450 million SMS’s were made last year with us?! Plus, we were very excited to recently welcome our one Millionth Member. We call them Members rather than customers because that’s how we aim to treat them. Our approach is really very simple: we offer stuff that our Members actually want with a bit of Virgin fun and flair. That means transparent pricing, tangible value, top quality, no hidden costs, exceptional service & plenty of special benefits.
Our people
We employ nearly 600 fabulous and committed people, yet there is no such thing as a typical Virgin Mobile person. We’re proud of our diversity and we’re not hung up on age, sex, disability, sexual orientation, race, religion, marital status, ethnic origin or shoe size. But to help us put our Members at the heart of everything we do, our people DO tend to be considerate, caring, self-starters with a healthy slice of ‘can-do’ attitude.
Network coverage

Retail & online stores
We currently have Virgin Mobile store outlets across Australia with big plans ahead. In September 2009 we launched our flagship concept store on Pitt Street, Sydney. If you’re strolling past, drop in and check out the funky décor, friendly staff, touch screens that let you compare phones & browse the Members’ Lounge website, and the working phones to experience their features for real.

We also recently relaunched our Online Shop. The new, simple to understand format & comparison tools make checking, updating or changing plans easier than ever.
