If you're already a Virgin Mobile customer, you can now upgrade your handset online. Just head over to our eShop to select your handset and place your order.
Be sure to note that you're already with Virgin Mobile, along with the number you'd like to upgrade during check-out.
Fair returns policy
Postpaid and Prepaid Mobile
Product must be returned within 10 days and satisfy one of the below criteria:
- Undamaged, un-activated device & unopened box
- Must have been purchased through either eShop or Telesales
Starter Kits are exempt from being returned, phone only.
Postpaid and Prepaid Mobile Broadband
Product must be returned within 7 days and satisfy one of the below criteria:
- Unopened box
- Opened box but no coverage
- Opened box but less than 500MB total usage (upload / download)
Starter Kits are exempt from being returned, modem only.
