If you're already a Virgin Mobile customer, you can now upgrade your handset online. Just head over to our eShop to select your handset and place your order.
Be sure to note that you're already with Virgin Mobile, along with the number you'd like to upgrade during check-out.
In addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law we’ll refund your purchase if you change your mind (other than a SIM card starter kit) within 10 days of purchase. No questions asked.
All you need to do is contact our customer service team to arrange the return of your purchase - undamaged with its original packaging - to us. We’ll then credit back your purchase to the account you originally paid on.
