New prepaid plans from 1st August 2011

Introducing Prepaid 'plans'!

All Prepaid plans now have a default recharge type, known as your Prepaid plan, which will be based on your last recharge. This will make recharging faster and easier, as the only decision you will need to make is what value you want that recharge to be.

For example, if your last recharge was with a Your Cap $19, this time you simply choose the amount you want to recharge with - $19, $29, $49, $79, or $99 - and you will automatically get the Your Cap recharge for that amount.

Changing your Prepaid plan?

You can easily change your Prepaid Plan when recharging via My Account, or you can call us on 1300 555 100 between 7am and 11pm and we'll do it for you. It is important that if you want to change your Prepaid Plan, that you do this at the same time as you recharge.

If you have auto recharge, you can change this plan at any time, but the new plan and it's associated rates and inclusions will not take effect until your next recharge.
