We now have a long-term license agreement for the Virgin brand and maintain a very strong relationship with the global Virgin 'family'. We continue to manage our own customers in a distinctly Virgin way with our cheeky, fun and fair attitude.

In August 2007 we shook up the market once again with the launch of Virgin Broadband. Offering two very distinctive products, Broadband at Home and Mobile Broadband, it has cut through a confusing market by offering customers a choice of simple and great value packages. Even we underestimated the power of our new simple offers - our Customer Service & Sales numbers practically melted down, we had so many people calling us, sick of being ripped off and looking for what we had to offer.
