It’s the twinkle in a child’s eye when you tell them Uncle Timo works for VMA. It’s the hot flushes you get when Richard Branson gives you a high 10 in the call centre. It’s the fact that you can call the Customer Service Manager at any time, even at 4am, and he’ll come pick you up and bring you back home. But most of all, it’s about the hugs… being held tight when the bad times happen…being held tight…that’s what it’s all about.
