How Do I Switch?

In summary: you’ll pay $10 for a new Virgin Mobile SIM card, which you’ll receive via post in a few days (which includes $10 of Bean Counter starter credit already). We’ll then add a further $20 bonus Bean Counter credit² once you activate the SIM. The bonus credit is applied after activation of the SIM and may take up to 14 days to be awarded to your account. If you are keeping your iSIM number, you can continue using your iSIM card until it stops working, then switch to your new Virign Mobile SIM. If you’re not bringing your old number with you, you can start using the new SIM immediately (or as soon as you run out of credit on your iSIM account).
