Data Packs for Postpaid Mobile: charged monthly until you cancel with 30 days' notice. Plan data (including any data rollover) is used before your Data Pack. Changing to a lower spend Data Pack (or Data Value Add by the old name, which have had the same spend & data levels since 24 July 2015) takes effect from your next billing month. Other changes take effect straight away and data & charges may be pro-rated for the remaining portion of your current billing month. Critical Information Summary

Prepaid Fine Print: expires after 30 days or earlier if your regular credit expires before you top up. Prepaid Data: allowance includes uploads and downloads and if you go over your inclusion, Virgin Internet APN excess data is charged at 0.2c/KB and Yes Internet APN excess data is charged at 12c/MB and deducted in 1MB units. You need at least a $1.03 balance to use data and the maximum data balance is 5GB (or 12GB on Prepaid Plus).
