Bonus Data: available when you get a new number with us, switch by porting your current number across from a provider that does not use the Optus network, or upgrade your plan with us to selected postpaid plans. Bonus available on $30 and $60 SIM Plans as well as $40, $60, $80, $100 and $130 Phone Plans. You will receive the bonus data on top of your standard monthly data allowance (to use in Oz) until you cancel or change plans. Not available to use with other bonus data offers unless explicitly stated otherwise. Offer ends 2 December 2015.
Online Only Bonus: available when you sign up online to a $30, $40, $50, $60 and $80 SIM Plan. You will receive the bonus data on top of your monthly data allowance after any other bonus data has been applied and until you cancel or change plans. Offer ends 2 December 2015.
Second Service 1GB Bonus: available when you've got an existing $29 or higher postpaid phone plan with us and you sign up for a second $30 or higher postpaid phone plan on the same account before 30 November 2015. You will receive a 1GB bonus on top of your standard monthly data allowance (to use in Oz) for both the existing and second service until you cancel or change either plan. Offer may only be used once per customer.
Rollover Value and Data: any unused included value or data rolls over to the next month only, can be used once the next month's inclusion has been spent and may be forfeited if you change plan.
Prepaid plans: proof of ID required. You need at least a 1c balance to use your service (apart from calling 1800 numbers) and we may cancel it if you don't recharge within 180 days after your credit expires. Our Fair Use Policy applies.
Data: allowance includes uploads and downloads and if you go over your inclusion, Virgin Internet APN excess data is charged at 0.2c/KB and Yes Internet APN excess data is charged at 12c/MB and deducted in 1MB units. You need at least a $1.03 balance to use data and the maximum data balance is 5GB.
Rollover Credit: when you recharge with the same type of voucher before your credit expires.
Prepaid Pay-Rise: recharge credit comprises plan credit (equivalent to the cost of the recharge) and extra credit (being the balance). Extra credit is always used first and can only be used for standard voice calls, text, MMS and calls to 13 & 1300 numbers. Recharge with a Pay Rise cap voucher before your last recharge expires to receive an additional $50 extra credit (up to a maximum of $150). Additional extra credit will be applied up to 72 hours after each recharge. Maximum extra credit balance is $5,000. All recharges have a 28 day expiry.
