The Fine Print:
Monthly Plans: If you leave your plan early, just pay outstanding charges and any unpaid contributions towards the full cost of your device including those we were going to cover. You can find out the monthly contributions for your device from bills, sign up information, or by logging in at www.virginmobile.com.au/myaccount.
Included Value: can be used for standard national & select international calls, text & MMS & 1300 numbers. Standard charges apply once included value used up & for non-included call & messaging types.
Data: is counted per kilobyte and includes uploads and downloads.
Bring Your Own Mobile: Month to month plan. Check your mobile is not locked to other networks and that it’s compatible with the networks described at virginmobile.com.au/coverage
Bonus 1GB data: Offer ends 10th August 2014. Available to approved customers signing up via a Virgin Mobile $40 plan or above, including BYO. You will receive a bonus 1GB on top of your standard monthly data allowance. Customers will receive the 1GB Bonus each month as long as they remain on the same plan. Data allowance has 1 month expiry and does not rollover. Offer is not available in conjunction with any other offer unless specified.
Prepaid Pay-rise: Recharge value comprises plan credit (equivalent to the cost of the recharge) and extra credit (being the balance). Extra credit can only be used for standard voice calls, text, MMS, calls to 13 & 18 numbers (excluding Virgin Mobile customer service) and are used first for eligible calls, services and excess data. Recharge with a Pay-Rise Cap before the expiry of your current Pay-Rise recharge voucher to receive an extra $50 extra credit (up to a maximum of $150). Bonus extra credit will be applied up to 72 hours of each recharge. All recharges have a 28 day expiry.
Rollover Value: any unused included value for talk & text rolls over to the following month and is used only once the following month's value has been used up.
