If you're connecting a new phone to Virgin Mobile on Post-Paid you are eligible to take out insurance. Insurance is offered to you through all of our Post-Paid Retail channels, Website & Sales team.

Lost damaged or stolen outside Australia

Reimbursement of up to $500 for up to 14 days to hire an equivalent temporary replacement
