To convert from Pre-Paid to a Post-Paid Plan without getting a new handset you can contact our Customer Service Team
Post-Paid Mobile Broadband
- First of all, you'll need to pay off your current handset and any service charges for the current month.
- Once you've done that, we'll need to grab some up-to-date details from you and we may need to run a credit check.
- If that all checks out, you can choose a new plan with a new phone.
- To find out if you're eligible to upgrade, give our Upgrades Team a ring on: 1300 306 787.
- Alternatively, you could pop into one of our Virgin Mobile retail stores, or one of our thousands of partner stores (check out the full list).
