FAQ's
How do I join, and how long will it take?
Choose your new plan, enter your details and then relax. We’ll email you once you’re approved, and your new SIM card will be delivered for free, by Express Post. Usually your new SIM will arrive within 1-3 business days, depending on where you are in Oz.
Can I bring my own number?
Of course! Once you’ve got your new SIM card, activate it online or call us on 1300 555 100. You’ll be asked if you’d like to keep your existing number. You can get more info here.
I travel overseas a lot. Do you have global roaming?
Yes, and it works in all the major destinations. If you need it in the first 3 months, you will need to make an upfront payment. Otherwise, just speak to us before you head overseas. (Global Roaming isn’t available on Pre-Paid).
What if I change my mind?
No problem. You can change your plan, move to Pre-Paid, or, if you must, leave. You’ll just pay any outstanding charges.
