View your bill online
If you choose to get online bills, we'll send you an email every month to let you know when your bill is ready to view. To view it you need to log into My Account.
The online bill is in PDF format. To see it, you'll need to have a PDF Reader installed on your computer. You can get Adobe Reader for free from www.adobe.com.
If you're worried about security, don't be. We don't attach your bill directly to the email - all we do is send you an alert so you can log in to view it. Your invoice is securely stored online.
Set up online billing
You can set it up online, in-store or over the phone. To do it online, go to My Account and select 'Update Your Details', then select online billing.
If you want to do it face to face, pop into one of our stores and a sales assistant will set you up with online billing on the spot.
If you prefer to set up online billing over the phone call 1300 555 100 and someone from our customer service team will sort it out.
Once online billing is set up you can view all of your bills from the last 18 months. Your invoice is securely stored online.
