1) All credit and Included Data expire 28 days from recharge, or earlier if you recharge with a non - Home Made voucher or request to change your Prepaid plan to a non - Home Made plan. Recharge within 28 days with a Home Made voucher to rollover unused credit/data.

2) All credit and Included Data expire as set out in recharge table, or earlier if you recharge with a non - Long Expiry voucher or request to change your Prepaid plan to a non - Long Expiry plan. Recharge before expiry with a Long Expiry voucher to rollover unused credit/data.

3) All credit and Included Data expire 90 days from recharge, or earlier if you recharge with a non - Simple voucher or request to change your Prepaid plan to a non – Simple plan. Recharge within 90 days with a Simple voucher to rollover unused credit/data.

4) All credit and Included Data expire 14 days from recharge, or earlier if you recharge with a non - $10 Textalot voucher or request to change your Prepaid plan to a non – $10 Textalot plan. Recharge within 14 days with a $10 Textalot voucher to rollover unused credit/data.

5) Topless $19/ $29/ $100/ $150/ $250 included credit consists of $19/ $29/ $49/ $79/ $99 credit, $0/ $0/ $51/ $71/ $151 extra credit and 1GB of data. Extra credit can only be used for standard international calls and text and calls to 18 & 1800 numbers and is used first for eligible calls, services and excess data. All offers end on expiry of your recharge or if you change your Prepaid Plan or recharge with a Bean Counter or Long Expiry voucher. Recharge with another Topless recharge before your current recharge expires to rollover unused included credit/data. Max 5GB data can accumulated at any 1 time.

6) Your Cap $50/$300/$800/$1300/$1500 included cap credit to others consists of $19/$29/$49/$79/$99 plan credit, $31/$271/$751/$1221/$1401 extra credit and 1GB of data. Extra credit can only be used for standard voice calls, text, MMS, calls to 13 & 18 numbers (excluding calls to Virgin Mobile customer service), and are used first for eligible calls, services & excess data. All credits & Included Data expire 28 days from recharge, or earlier if you recharge on a non-Cap Plan. Extra Credit and Included Data expire earlier if you change your Prepaid Plan or recharge with a Bean Counter or Long Expiry voucher. Recharge within 28 days with a Your Cap voucher to rollover unused credit/data.
