Video calling is only available to limited international destinations and networks, and may not work to all the countries in this list.
Virgin Mobile has barred all direct-dial calls and messages to these destinations:
Afghanistan, Iran, Iraq, Pakistan, Syria, Thuraya Satellites, Vietnam, Guinea-Bissau, Korea (North), Diego Garcia
