Your Cap included value is made up of credit & bonus credit (Your Cap 19 = $19 credit, $31 bonus credit, Your Cap 29 = $29 credit, $121 bonus credit, Your Cap 35 = $35 credit, $145 bonus credit, Your Cap $45 = $45 credit, $275 bonus credit, Your Cap 75 = $75 credit, $575 bonus credit and Your Cap $95 = $95 credit, $755 bonus credit.
