To start using the Internet on your Mobile, click on your phone’s browser (normally a Globe icon), or fire up the Virgin Vibe home page (excludes iPhone) then click on the 'Internet' tab.

How do I get a Data Plan?
Post-Paid - Tell us when you buy a new Post-Paid mobile or call us on 1300 555 100 any day between 7am-11pm and we'll hook you up. You can cancel a Data Plan any time. Just call us and pay any remaining amounts owed.

Pre-Paid - If you're Pre-Paid, do it yourself in My Account! Login and select the Mobile Internet Data page.

Can I track my Mobile Internet usage?
Yep. Our handy Mobile Internet Data Usage page gives you easy access to track your Mobile Internet Data usage.

If you’re a Post-Paid customer, all you need to do is head to My Account and login to see the My Mobile Internet Data Usage page. You'll get a bar graph showing your total Mobile Internet Data usage. If you have a Data Plan with us, it will show you what you've used so far, how much of your pack is left to use this month, and will indicate if you've already gone over your monthly amount.

If you’re a Pre-Paid customer, all you need to do is head to My Account and login to see the Account Balances page. You'll get your balance for included data and data plan. If you are running low, there is an option to click through and purchase another Data Plan.
