
Call Waiting
So, you can hear a recurring 'beep' while you're on a call? It just means that someone else is ringing you!
Press YES/SEND or HOLD to put your first call on hold and take the new one. Use the same key to go back and forth between callers.
Press the END key (usually red) to hang up on one or both calls

Caller ID
When your mobile rings, you can take a sneak-peek on the screen to see who's calling.
Your phone number will be seen on the mobiles you are calling. To block your mobile number from others spying on an individual call… all you have to do is phone 1831 before dialling their phone number.

Call Forwarding
When you first connect to Virgin Mobile, your phone will be diverted to voicemail if your phone is busy, not answered, turned off or out of range. But you can change these diversions by simply going to the "diversions" section in your phone's Menu.
When prompted to enter the number you want to divert to… simply key in…
212 for Voicemail
258 for Page-mail
or any other number, including the area code
You can choose to divert ALL of your calls immediately by going into your phone's "diversions" Menu and selecting "All Calls".

Call Return
After listening to your Voicemails, you can easily return a call to the person who left you the message.
Simply press 6 after listening to a Voicemail in order to return the call.
You'll then have two options:
To return the call to the number recognised on the Voicemail, press # to dial.
Or
To call another number, enter the number you want to call including the area code and then press # to dial.
Don't forget… at the end of your call press ** to return to your Voicemail box and keep listening to your messages.
If the Voicemail doesn't recognise a phone number, you'll be told to enter one. And you won't be able to return a call to international numbers, payphones, operator calls, phone cards etc, or if the number starts with 12, 13, 18 or 19.

Transfer Request
Transferring your account to someone else needs the permission of both you and them, so please both take the time to read the information on the forms and make sure you understand.
Once you've both read, completed and signed the forms, you can post it back to us (Postage Paid so no stamp required) at this address.
