*Coverage is device dependent. With 3G devices and a compatible plan, you are able to access our 3G (2100Mhz/900Mhz) Network. With 4G devices and a compatible plan, you are able to access our entire 3G Network and 4G 1800Mhz Network. With 4G Plus devices and a compatible plan, you can access all areas of the Optus Network, including our 3G, 4G & 4G Plus (2300Mhz) Networks. 4G WiFi Device will only access 4G 1800MHz network, outside of these areas, it will automatically fall back to 3G network. The 4G 1800MHz network is not available in Canberra. Check coverage at virginmobile.com.au/coverage.

Prepaid Mobile Broadband: Proof of ID required.
Postpaid Mobile Broadband: Approved customers only. Payment by E-Bill and direct debit only. 1st bill prorated from date you connect to start of next month's bill. 2) Exceed your data allowance & speed is limited to 128Kbps for the next 250MB. Use more and your service will be unavailable until the first day of your next usage period, unless you purchase a data top up (max 3 per month). Service cancellation may apply if you download continuously or if your use adversely impacts other users. Acceptable Use Policy applies. Peer to peer speed is limited to 32Kbps. 3) When bundled with a Postpaid mobile product on the same account. 4) If you leave your plan early, just pay outstanding charges and any unpaid contributions towards the full cost of your device including those we were going to cover.
