Q: Do your V Cosy boots come with the phone?
A: No, you receive the phone first, then you can order your boots afterwards. That's when you get to pick your size & colour.

Q: So how do I order the boots?
A: First, you receive and activate your Pre-Paid phone (before 31/05/08). Then we SMS you a unique code and instructions to go to this website virginmobile.com.au/vcosy to enter your code. Then you can order your boots.

Q: When's the last date that I can key my order for the boots?
A: 7th of June, 2008. So you have a week after the promotion finished to redeem your boots using your unique code.

Q: What colours do you have?
A: You can choose between Black or Red

Q: What sizes do you have?
A: Small, Medium & Large. Plus we have a size guide chart to help you choose the size that's perfect for you!

Q: How are the boots delivered?
A: Your V Cosy boots will be sent by Australia Parcel Post.

Q: Can I pick a delivery address?
A: Yes, We recommend having them delivered to a workplace to ensure on time delivery and security.
