So how many Velocity Points do I get?

When are Points I earn from my Virgin Mobile service added to my Velocity account?
Your first allocation of Points will be added up to 60 days from the date you joined Virgin Mobile and then each and every month, like clockwork!
Where can I join Virgin Mobile?

If you’re joining online you must enter our online store via virginmobile.com.au/velocity. During the sign-up process you’ll be asked for your Membership number. If you’re joining over the phone or at a Virgin Mobile store just have your Membership number with you.

Can I have the Points I earn with my Virgin Mobile service added to someone else’s Velocity account?
Sorry, your Virgin Mobile service and Velocity account must be in the same name otherwise your Points will wander in limbo…
Help! My Points are missing!
Usually there’s a simple reason why your Points haven’t made it to your Velocity account check here for the most common reasons.
- It’s been less than 60 days since I joined Virgin Mobile – your Points aren’t missing they’re on their way
- Check the name on your Velocity account matches the name on your Virgin Mobile account - If they don’t match call Velocity on 131 875 to update your details
