No, you can add your Velocity membership number at any time in My Account. You'll start earning Points from the day you add your Velocity number.

If you join online and have your Velocity membership number handy, you can add it at checkout. If not, you can add your Velocity membership number at any time in My Account. or via the Virgin Mobile call centre. Your Points will start to appear up to 60 days from the day you add your Velocity member number.

Once we've received your monthly bill payment, we'll endeavour to get your Points onto your Velocity account as soon as possible. It may take us up to 60 days to add your Points.

Unfortunately, you’ll only start earning Points from the time you add your Velocity membership number to your Virgin Mobile account. This will then apply to any existing Postpaid services you have with us.

Your Virgin Mobile account and Velocity account must be in exactly the same name to be eligible for the Points.

  1. Is your Velocity number registered with Virgin Mobile correct? Click here to check it.
  2. Make sure you're a Postpaid customer and that your name matches on both your Virgin Mobile and Velocity account. If you need to update Velocity details, click here to login.
  3. If it's been less than 60 days since your last payment, your Points are still on their way.
