It's FREE to download, but your mobile carrier will charge you for the data you download, depending on your particular plan. Check this with them. It's completely FREE if you're with Virgin Mobile.


What does Festival Buddy cost to use?
Once you get Festival Buddy, you connect to the Internet via WAP to manage your My V Festival schedule. The amount of data Festival Buddy receives is for this minimal. Your mobile carrier will charge you for the data you download, depending on your particular plan. Check this with them, but the most you are likely to be charged per match is AU$0.35. It's completely FREE if you're with Virgin Mobile.


Festival Buddy doesn't load properly – help!
Check that your phone is compatible with the application. If it still doesn't load, check you have enough memory on your phone. You need about 300KB spare.

How do I get rid Festival Buddy?
But why would you? :) It's easy - simply delete it from your phone. It's usually stored in a section called "Applications". If you have any questions contact your service provider.
