We call these numbers Gold Numbers because they’re pretty flash. Gold Numbers can be something like:

04XX 922 222    04XX 007 007
04XX 922 229    04XX 444 222

These exact numbers might not be available, but you get the idea.
Gold Numbers are available to Virgin Mobile members on a 24 month Post-Paid mobile plan. Just call 13 33 23 and ask for a solid Gold Number with your new mobile service. There’s a limit of one per member.

What it costs: A Gold Number costs just $39.

Or if you prefer, we'll text you the number, then you can store it, or call it later if you need to.

What it costs:
99c call connection + 49c per 30 secs

Heard a recurring 'beep' while you were on a call? You popular thing -someone else was calling. To take the call, press YES/SEND or HOLD. This will put your first call on hold and connect you to the new one. Use the same key to go back and forth between callers.

Press the END key (usually a red button) to hang up on one or both calls.

What it costs: Free in Australia.

Always wanted a secretary? Well, Page Mail comes close. With Page Mail an operator takes your calls and sends you the message via text.

Your Virgin Mobile account is automatically set up with voicemail, but if you like the sound of Page Mail, contact our customer service team on 1300 555 100 and ask them to activate it.

Once you’ve activated Page Mail you can switch between it and voicemail at any time. Go into the 'diversions' section on your phone and key-in 212 for Voicemail, or 258 for Page Mail.

What it costs: It costs 85c per diversion.
