Fair Use Policy: applies to fraudulent or unreasonable usage.
24 Month Plans: approved customers only. If you leave early you'll need to pay out any unpaid contributions towards the full cost of your device including those we were going to cover. You can find out the monthly contributions for your device from bills, sign up information, or by logging in virginmobile.com.au/myaccount.
Data: is counted per kilobyte and includes uploads and downloads.
Included Value: can be used for standard national & select international calls, text & MMS & 1300 numbers. Standard charges apply once included value used up & for non-included call & messaging types.
Rollover Value and Data: any unused included value or data rolls over to the next month only, can be used once the next month's inclusion has been spent and may be forfeited if you change plan.
Phone Plans Bonus Data: available when you get a new number with us, switch by porting your current number across from a provider that does not use the Optus network, or upgrade your plan with us to the $40 (24 month) Phone Plan or higher. You will receive the bonus on top of your standard monthly data allowance (to use in Oz) until you cancel or change plans. Not available to use with other bonus data offers unless explicitly stated otherwise. Offer now ends 11 February 2016.
Second Service 1GB Bonus: available when you've got an existing $29 or higher postpaid phone plan with us and you sign up for a second $30 or higher postpaid phone plan on the same account before 11 February 2016. You will receive a 1GB bonus on top of your standard monthly data allowance (to use in Oz) for both the existing and second service until you cancel or change either plan. Offer may only be used once per customer.
