Postpaid Mobile Broadband: Approved customers only. If you leave your plan early, you'll also need to pay out any unpaid contributions towards the full cost of your device including those we were going to cover. You can find out the monthly contributions for your device from bills, sign up information, or by logging in at virginmobile.com.au/myaccount
Bring Your Own (BYO): Check your device is not locked to other networks and that it's compatible with the networks described at virginmobile.com.au/coverage
Data: Data is counted per kilobyte and includes uploads and downloads.

Data Packs for Postpaid: charged monthly until you cancel with 30 days' notice. Plan data (including any data rollover) is used before your Data Pack. Changing to a lower spend Data Pack (or Data Value Add by the old name, which have had the same spend & data levels since 24 July 2015) takes effect from your next billing month. Other changes take effect straight away and data & charges may be pro-rated for the remaining portion of your current billing month. Data Free Music Steaming: available when you sign up or change plans, from 31 August 2017, to a $30 or higher Postpaid Mobile plan or sign up or change plans from 12 October, to a $30 or higher Postpaid Mobile Broadband plan. Stream music data free with featured apps until 1 March 2018 (unless extended). Stream up to 512kbps. Streaming services subject to change at any time. Song downloads, data tethering, video content, non-music content such as album art, ads, authentication & app analytics are excluded and will incur data charges. Streaming services may require paid subscription fees & may not have apps available on all mobile operating systems. Suitable for one stream per service on mobile & tablet devices only. Fair Use Policy applies.
Broadband Second Service Offer: available when you’ve got an existing Postpaid mobile plan and you sign up to a new 12 month SIM or modem $30 Postpaid mobile broadband plan or higher on the same account. You will receive $5 off the $30 or $45 Postpaid Mobile Broadband Plans,$15 off the $60 Postpaid Mobile Broadband Plan & $20 off the $75 Postpaid Mobile Broadband Plan until you cancel or change either that broadband plan or the existing Postpaid mobile plan. Offer ends 29 March 2018 unless extended.
Mobile Broadband Bonus Data: available when you sign up month-to-month, or for 12 months, to a $30 or higher Postpaid mobile broadband plan before 29 March 2018 (unless extended).
For the $30 & $45 month to month and 12 month plans, bonus amounts are: 3GB & 5GB, respectively.
For the $60 & $75 month to month plans, bonus amounts are: 15GB & 50GB, respectively.
For the $60 & $75 12 month plans, bonus amounts are: 20GB & 60GB, respectively.
You will receive the bonus on top of your standard monthly data allowance (to use in Oz) until you cancel or change plans.
Velocity 2 for 1 Points Offer: You can earn 2 Velocity Points for each $1 spent on your Virgin Mobile Postpaid service until 31 October 2019. Available when you're an Oz resident over 18 once you've linked your Velocity membership number at virginmobile.com.au/myaccount. Your Velocity account must be in the same name as your phone plan.
