*If you move to a lower Data Value-Add, the change will only take place at the start of your next billing cycle. However if you move to a higher Value Add, the change will happen immediately. When you make changes in My Account you'll see a pop-up telling you exactly when they'll take place.
The Fine Print: Data Value Adds (DVAs) may be added at any time and have a 30 day minimum subscription unless otherwise noted. Cancellation of a DVA will take effect from the start of your next billing cycle. 1) All DVAs are charged per month and exclude charges for subscription services and downloaded content. Data includes uploads and downloads and is charged per KB. Unused data does not roll over. Excess data charged at 5.2c per MB (charged in KB). 2) 24 month contract DVA's have a 6 month minimum subscription. If cancelled within 6 months, these Early Cancellation Fees (ECF) apply: $30 fee for $5 or $10; $50 fee for $20 or $30 plan. 3) Coverage is device dependent. With 3G devices and a compatible plan, you are able to access our 3G (2100Mhz/900Mhz) Network. With 4G devices and a compatible plan, you are able to access our entire 3G Network and 4G 1800Mhz Network. With 4G Plus devices and a compatible plan, you can access all areas of the Optus Network, including our 3G, 4G & 4G Plus (2300Mhz) Networks. Check coverage at virginmobile.com.au/coverage.
