Changing your mobile plan is fast, simple, and you can do it at any time online for free! Keep reading below for all the details to make sure you're getting the best deal.

Change my mobile or broadband plan

You can move to a rate plan with the same or higher value at any time, and downgrade back to a current plan of the same value that the service started on. If you have phone repayments, they will remain the same when changing your rate plan.

Change to a lower plan

If you are not in a commitment, changing to a SIM plan or a plan with a lower minimum monthly fee won't cost you anything.

If you are in a 24 month commitment, you will need to pay it out to change to a plan lower than your original minimum monthly fee.

Change my Prepaid plan

You can change your Prepaid plan when you recharge your phone.

Keep in mind, when changing your Prepaid plan only real money will rollover, any bonus credit or data will be lost.

Heading Overseas?

If you are not in a commitment, you can move onto our $10 Back Soon Plan while you’re away. This will let you keep your number and ensures you have the service when you return. Contact us here to arrange this or find out more before you board that plane/ship!

Your next bill

Changing rate plans will result in your next bill being charged Pro Rata.

This means that you will be charged a portion of your old plan and a portion of your new plan, and receive the equivalent included plan value. Your two separate plan value amounts will be combined over the total bill cycle to use. Once your plan change is submitted you will receive an SMS advising you of your available value.
