How do I check my unbilled usage?

You can check your unbilled mobile or mobile broadband usage by logging into My Account or via the My Account App.

If you have multiple services under your account, you can manage these by clicking on the dropdown menu in the top right of your My Account and selecting the required number.

  1. Log in to My Account
  2. Your unbilled usage will be displayed in the usage panel on the Dashboard

  1. Download and install the My Account App from iTunes or the Play Store
  2. Log in to the App using your mobile number and 6 digit pin
  3. Your usage will be displayed under the Summary tab

This is great way to check your usage on the go.
