ACCOUNT NUMBER - Your account number can have multiple Virgin Mobile services attached to it, including mobile phones and broadband. It's also your reference number if you are using BPAY to pay your bill.
BILL NUMBER - Your Bill Number is unique for each and every bill you receive.
ISSUE DATE - This is the date your bill was worked out. You may notice there are 17 days from the Issue Date to the Due Date. (if you did, well spotted)
BALANCE BROUGHT FORWARD - If you paid too much on your last bill, received some credits, or didn't pay enough, these amounts will be your Balance Brought Forward.
Amounts with a "$-" (minus sign) are credit; they will reduce your Total Due for this bill. Amounts that are just "$" are debits; they will be added to your Total Due this month.
THIS BILL DUE - The date your bill is due to be paid by and the total of this month's bill before any Balance Brought Forward amounts are added or deducted.
If you have a Direct Debit set up, it is around this day that the Total Due will be deducted from your credit card or bank account. (we say 'around' because it may fall on a weekend or public holiday and as we know banks don't work on these days)
TOTAL DUE - The amount that needs to be paid on This Bill Due date.
It's the combination of this month's bill and any Balance Brought Forward amounts.
LAST BILL - This is where we work out what your Balance Brought Forward is.
In this bill example you can see that Mr Young A Harte's last bill was for $107.80, which he paid $77.80 of before the due date.
This means that Mr Young A Harte has an overdue amount of $30.
DATES - These dates are the period that the charges on this bill refer to.
ACCOUNT CHARGES - These are the charges that have been made to your account since your last bill. It can include things such as Paper Bill Charge, Payment Processing Fee, Late Fee and Bill Reprint Fees.
MOBILE - These are the charges for services (calls/ text/ data/ etc) and equipment (such as phone repayments, mobile broadband devices) related to your mobile phone service since your last bill.
If you have more than one mobile/mobile broadband service on your account, this amount will be the total of all of your mobile/mobile broadband services. A full breakdown of individual services appears later in your bill under Your Mobile/Mobile Broadband Service Summary.
THIS BILL - These are the total charges that have been made to your account since your last bill.
TOTAL DUE - The total amount of the bill that is due to be paid. It's the combination of this month's bill and any Balance Brought Forward from previous bills.

Payments made by credit, debit or charge card including direct debit by credit card will incur a 0.385% Payment Processing Fee of the transaction amount. The fee will appear on the next accout after the bill is paid.
You'll still receive your monthly bill so you can check out all your call / usage details.

SINCE YOUR LAST BILL - These are the charges that apply to your account since your last bill. These could include:

Any adjustments, credits or charges that apply to a service on your account appear in that service's individual summary.
SERVICE SUMMARY OF YOUR BILL - This is the start of the breakdown for all the costs associated with the individual services on your account.
It lets you know the plan the service is on, it's total Included Value & Data and then goes into a detailed overview for each service.
This is a high level look at the breakdown of the service's usage and the total amount for each.
This area shows your Included Value, its usage, if you have any rollover and if any of that has been used.
If you haven't used your Included Value Rollover from the last month it expires with this bill.
If you haven't used all of your current Included Value, it will display here as the Rollover that is available to you in the new billing month.
MY PACKS - This will show the cost of any active Data Packs you have on your service.
Mr Young A Harte has the Data Month to Month - 6GB Data Pack on his service. This means that on top of his included data he will have an additional amount of 6GB to use before any extra costs for data are charged.
If he doesn't use all of his data it will rollover to the next month. * see Data Rollover for more info.
NATIONAL CALLS - This shows all the calls you have made to other mobiles, landlines and 13 numbers located in Australia, the rate they were charged at, the length of the call and the total cost of the call.
SPECIAL NUMBERS - This is the cost of calls you have made to Special Numbers.
Special Number calls can include some of the numbers you'll use to contact Virgin Mobile, as well as the numbers used for voting on TV shows, information updates, entering competitions and buying ringtones, games and wallpapers.
This area shows your data (included & Data Packs), its usage, if you have any Rolloverand if any of that has been used.
If you haven't used your data Rollover from the last month it expires with this bill.
If you haven't used all of your current data, it will display here as the Rollover that is available to you in the new billing month.
NOTE: Data Rollover applies only to plans that include Data Rollover.
DATA BROWSING - This is a breakdown of this services data sessions.
MESSAGE CHARGES - This will show the Message Charges you have used on your Mobile. It will include things like:
SERVICE CHARGES - These relate to the plan that you are on and any fees, such as Insurance, that are individual for this service.
EQUIPMENT CHARGES - This shows the cost of your phone repayments and any discounts or credits from us if they are part of your plan.
In this example, Mr Young A Harte has paid out his previous phone and upgraded to a new phone.
INTERNATIONAL CALLS - This is the cost of calls you have made to numbers outside of Australia.
