How do I set up a payment extension?
Your monthly bills must be paid by the due date stated on the invoice. If you're unable to make payment and a bill becomes overdue, you can request a payment extension of 14 days in My Account:
- Log in to My Account
- Click on Bills & Payments in the left menu
- Select Payment Extension
- Click Extend Payment
