How do I set up a payment extension?

Payment Extensions

Your monthly bills must be paid by the due date stated on the invoice. If you're unable to make payment and a bill becomes overdue, you can request a payment extension of 14 days in My Account:

  1. Log in to My Account
  2. Click on Bills & Payments in the left menu
  3. Select Payment Extension
  4. Click Extend Payment
