Issue with Direct Debit
Update 04/07/19: Customers will now be refunded by Tomorrow (Friday 5th July 2019)
We’re aware of an issue which has impacted our Direct Debit system to incorrectly debit some customers twice.
We can confirm that the issue has now been resolved and impacted customers will be refunded by Thursday 4th July 2019.
