Live Chat Closure
As you know, the Virgin Mobile brand is being phased out of Australia next year, and as we get closer to 2020 we are starting to get ready. This means we will be making some changes to how our customers can get in touch with us.
We will be closing our Live Chat option on the Virgin Mobile website from 19 July, 2019.
No need to panic! You can still find all the info you need by checking out our Help & Support pages.
You can also find everything you need to know about your bill, usage and contract details via My Account.
