Porting Support

We no longer accept mobile numbers being transferred in (or ported) to Virgin Mobile. To protect our customers from unauthorised transfers/ports, an additional identity verification process will be used by other service providers to verify the identity of the person making a porting request, prior to the mobile service number being ported.

If you suspect that your mobile number has been fraudulently transferred/ported, you should immediately report the activity to:
