I'M AN EXISTING VELOCITY MEMBER – WHEN WILL I GET MY VELOCITY POINTS?
Your Points will be allocated added up to 60 days from the date you registered your Velocity member number and then each and every month, like clockwork!
WHAT CAN I SPEND MY VELOCITY POINTS ON?

CAN MY POINTS BE ADDED TO SOMEONE ELSES VELOCITY ACCOUNT?
Sorry, but no, your Virgin Mobile account and Velocity account must be in exactly the same name.
CAN I GET MY POINTS BACKDATED FROM WHEN I FIRST JOINED VIRGIN?
Unfortunately not. Once you add your Velocity member number, you’ll start earning points from then on for any existing Postpaid services you have with us.
I DIDN’T HAVE A VELOCITY MEMBERSHIP WHEN I SIGNED, BUT I DO NOW. HOW DO I START GETTING MY POINTS ONGOING?
Log into MyAccount and simply register your Velocity member number.

WHEN DO I TELL VIRGIN MOBILE MY VELOCITY MEMBER NUMBER?
If you're joining online you must enter our online store via virginmobile.com.au/shop. During the sign-up process you'll be asked for your member number. If you're joining over the phone or at a Virgin Mobile store, just have your member number with you.

- All Postpaid mobile customers from opt in

MY POINTS ARE MISSING – HELP!
The two most common reasons your points might not yet have appeared on your Velocity account is that:
- It’s been less than 60 days since your last payment to us, which means your Velocity Points are on their way.
- Check the name on your Velocity account matches the name on your Virgin Mobile account - If they don't match call Velocity on 131 875 to update your details.
