This is a breakdown for all the Broadband plans you have with us. It lets you know the plan your service is on and the totals for the individual services you've signed up for.


This shows you the data you have used on your Mobile Broadband service. If you go over your data allowance for your plan the excess usage charge will also be shown here.

Checking your usage

You can check how much data you've used at any point in the month, no need to wait until your bill comes through. Simply log into My Broadband Usage where you'll find how much data you've used and how much you have left.

Simply visit My Account, go to the update details section and opt-in for electronic billing. Save money and help the planet - it's win-win!
